DJ MIKDOG

Mikdog first learned he was the best DJ in the world when he thought about it. Since then, he’s co-hosted a show at Rhodes that didn’t last very long because they got the graveyard shift and Mike liked to sleep better, he’s DJ’d at Rhodes Union and in his quiet moments he puts music on for himself from his phone to his bluetooth speaker. It’s usually the same album every time, so, not *really* DJ’ing, but – he is da bes, trust me.

Out of the big smoke of Johannesburg comes a young, creative and passionate DJ. 
Influenced by the UK Garage movement, 90’s House Revival and the world of underground electronic music, Headphase has developed a sound which goes against the grain in a surprisingly pleasant way, that is guaranteed to make you move. Priding himself on underground music and cutting edge sounds, be sure to arrive with an open mind to hear something new and exciting.

Although he only has one gig under his belt, cousin to the groom Daver Raver is set to bring you a fine selection of Electro Swing to get you grooving on the dance floor. Rumour has it that he is keen to impress and has been practicing hard on his DJ skills. Apparently he has been sending his cousin Whatsapp voice notes of the tunes he’s been playing on a regular basis. Rumour has it that the groom thinks his tunes are lank kiff.
